System Engineer
Managing and maintaining VDI Citrix, VMware ESXi, and Hyper-V to ensure high availability of virtualization services. Handling enterprise-level servers and physical devices including Cisco UCS, Dell, and HPE. Managing enterprise storage including configuration and maintenance of NetApp SAN/NAS. Performing service monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident handling to maintain Bank Indonesia's operational system stability. Creating periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on system health checks, capacity utilization, and maintenance activities.
IT Network Infrastructure
Actively involved in pre-sales phase: client business requirement analysis, technical solution design, and preparing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD). Implementation, configuration, and migration of multi-vendor networking (Core Network, Security, Data Center, WAN Optimization). End-to-end Project Management: from hardware installation to standards-compliant implementation. Providing Post-Sales Support and serving as the primary escalation point for complex network troubleshooting.
